It was just fantastic to not have to worry about anything - which is exactly the reason I wanted a caterer. Every step along the way since making that first enquiry has been a breeze. Nothing seemed to worry you, you were quick to reply to any message, you are very professional and I loved that the kitchen was spotless when you left! We enjoyed the last of the leftovers yesterday - the pork cracking still crispy, amazing, and delicious!!

Michael was personable and in touch from the moment the first call was made for a quote. We were having our lunchtime wedding catered at home and the team Michael sent was delightful. They were very obliging and friendly and yet very unobtrusive. The food was sensational and our 100 guests are still taking about it. It was plentiful, well prepared and beautifully presented. The canapés were delicious, with enough variety to give everyone something to nibble on. Our choice of Gourmet Barbecue meant no-one went hungry and we were very pleased with the high quality of the meats and chicken. We highly recommend Guy's Gourmet Catering and thank them for their amazing efforts. Thank you once again Michael, your team is a great reflection of the kind of boss you must be. We don't intend to marry again, but we'll certainly recommend you to anyone we know who is planning a function - wedding or otherwise.

I don't think that one person left our “Christmas in July” office lunch without commenting on the tenderness and tastiness of the meat or the great selection of salads that you supplied, along with the friendly service. I have no hesitation in recommending Guys Gourmet Catering to anybody that wishes to have a function without the fuss and stress of food preparation and cooking.

Michael, thanks to you and the team at Guy's Gourmet Catering for sponsoring the Waverley Blue Football Club. There is no doubt that the catering you did for us at one of our family nights was the culinary highlight of the season. Fair to say it made the food at the others look very average. The meat was tender and juicy. The smell during the day as the meat cooked and the kids played ensured a bumper crowd on the night. We are looking forward to a similar feast next year
