Sliders are a great way to satisfy the hungriest of party guests, and go down well with kids, teenagers, and adults alike. They also work well as a post-wedding reception filler at the end of the night or if you are continuing celebrations the next day.

Why not try some beef brisket or pulled pork sliders for your next event? We’ve got the vegetarians covered with some delicious mushroom sliders with chipotle mayo.

These options can either be spit roasted or oven roasted:

• American style pulled pork, wet mopped and drizzled with bbq sauce served with special slaw
• Triple peppered hickory smoked beef brisket with bbq sauce served with special slaw
• Greek style lamb with tzatziki served with special slaw
• Traditional roast crackled pork shoulder with gravy and apple and fennel slaw
• Traditional roast lamb legs with rosemary gravy and mint sauce
• Mushroom Slider with chipotle mayo – a great vegetarian option

$17.00 per person (one meat option plus vegetarian)
$20.00 per person (two meat option plus vegetarian)
plus chef fee of $55 per hour if cooked on site. If cooked off site, chef fee applies for serving time only.

OVEN ROASTED
$15.00 per person (one meat option plus vegetarian)
$18.00 per person (two meat option plus vegetarian)
plus chef fee of $55 per hour for serving time only
